Sometimes we feel low and say that, "Today I'm not feeling good and the previous day was so good. We enjoyed a lot with friends." Because they had a get together of friends, relatives and neighbours etc. We find happiness in others. We depend for happiness on others. We should not find happiness outside. It is inside you and you are not aware of it. You must realise that. Make a list of those things which is of your interest. Whenever you feel low, just tune yourself to something else by doing things of your choice like dancing, singing, listening to music or playing with the kids etc. When we get up in the morning, we must welcome the day with great enthusiasm. We will find that happiness is surrounding us. We will realise that each and every day becomes good and benificial for us.
